Project is to support the development of climate-resilient solutions and efficient project implementation in the agriculture, natural resources, and rural development sector in Pakistan. To achieve this target, “Technical Assistance Facility” for three ensuing irrigation and water resources management projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provinces to be supported processing and readiness activities.
• Review previous studies, project readiness financing (PRF) consultants’ scope of services,
• Identify gaps,
• Prepare guidance notes for undertaking additional studies or surveys, and alternative options, and for such additional services required from PRF consultants,
• Prepare terms of reference, budget, and work plan.
