Project Description

Revision of feasibility studies for 3 dams located in Kastamonu Province of North Anatolian Region. One purpose of project is to raise the crest elevation of Germeçtepe Dam so that enables regulation of more water collected and irrigate more area.
Germeçtepe Dam project covers revised planning studies for:
- 43.80 m high high clay-core rock-fill dam
- Total volume of water reservoirs: 11.44 million m³
- Total irrigation area: 3226 hectares.
- Total irrigation water: 6.84 million m³ per year.

Budaklar Dam project covers planning studies for:
- 44.25 m high high clay-core earth-fill dam
- Total volume of water reservoirs: 4.78 million m³
- Total irrigation area: 1679 hectares.
- Total irrigation water: 2.90 million m³ per year.

Oyrak Dam project covers planning studies for:
- 46.00 m high high clay-core rock-fill dam
- Total volume of water reservoirs: 6.41 million m³
- Total irrigation area: 2492 hectares.
- Total irrigation water: 4.63 million m³ per year.
